As CEO and Executive Creative Director of Gentilhomme Studio, Thibaut Duverneix has been turning tech-heavy creative into full-body experiences that hit hard and stick. At SXSW 2024, he dropped "OPAL," a reactive light-and-sound installation that treated audiences like part of the instrument — and walked away with a Platinum award at the 2025 AVA Digital Awards. His visual album "Whack World" for Tierra Whack was a 15-minute genre-bender that landed on best-of lists from Pitchfork and Rolling Stone. In Orlando, he transformed airport purgatory into a moment of calm with high-design multimedia inside Terminal C. And "The Moment Vault," a 360º Unreal Engine build, proved that when Thibaut plays with tech, the results feel less like a demo and more like a dream. With two decades behind him, Thibaut’s still out here turning big ideas into bigger payoffs — and making the rest of the industry play catch-up.
