Massah David is one half of the Liberian-American sister duo behind MVD Inc., the culture-first experiential agency elevating Black stories through bold, intentional design. As Co-CEO and Creative Director, Massah leads the agency’s creative vision, where spatial storytelling, identity, and emotion intersect. In 2023, for example, she spearheaded the creative direction for the Recording Academy Honors presented by the Black Music Collective, a showstopping tribute to 50 years of Hip-Hop. Held at the Hollywood Palladium, the event blended legacy and luxury in every detail—from a custom black GRAMMY floral installation to a curated gallery of Hip-Hop icons and a culinary lineup that paired chicken and waffles with caviar. Her approach transformed a one-night tribute into a genre-defining moment. Attendance hit 1,000. Coverage soared. Revenue goals were smashed. And the Recording Academy partnership continues to deepen.
