Lou Pizante is the guy who can wrangle a balance sheet and conjure a cloud that rains tequila. (He’s done both.) A backstage boss with a front-row creative streak, Lou co-founded The Experientialists to bring spectacle to life with brains, guts, and a healthy dose of chaos management. Together with Partner Maria Redin, their work revolves around building “full stack” experiences that have the capital, real estate, IP, operations and marketing to scale globally. He’s helping artists, engineers, and mad scientists turn napkin sketches into jaw-dropping realities that actually make money. Think Broadway-level drama meets TED-style brainpower, all mapped out with spreadsheets that sing. Lou is also part of the leadership team at RPM Raceway, where he helps manage the risk of supplying high-powered, all-electric, indoor go-karts to untried but extremely confident drivers—many of whom are determined to either find the apex of each hairpin turn or launch themselves into legend via the straightaway. Previously, Lou was CFO and General Counsel at Two Bit Circus, where he was largely responsible for quashing robot uprisings, managing accidental violations of physics, and mitigating the occasional eyebrow injury. He was also a board member, CFO, and general counsel at Non Plus Ultra (NPU), and played key roles in The Portola Music Festival, The Queen's Ball: A Bridgerton Experience, and The Balloon Museum’s debut at the Palace of Fine Arts in SF. Yes, he's pretty much done it all. His toolkit? Law, finance, creative production, and the audacity to say “yes” to ideas that sound fake until they sell out. Some build budgets. Lou builds worlds.
